Concept Note
A concept project exploring what the real estate buying experience could look like if it were built around the agent and the buyer equally — not just the listing.
India's real estate market is largely undigitised. Agents rely on physical visits, WhatsApp forwards, and disconnected tools to present properties worth crores. Trial Estate was designed to change that — giving agents a single platform to present, walk through, and close — and buyers a way to experience a property before ever visiting it.
The platform walks both agent and buyer through a property in a structured sequence — Expo Mode to filter and shortlist, Overview to understand the project, Location for context, Master Plan for layout, and Gallery in two views: a categorised grid for the full picture, and a focused carousel for room-by-room detail.
The most significant design objective was immersion — how do you make someone feel like they've seen a property when they haven't visited it?
The virtual tour was designed as a guided walkthrough of the actual space — not a slideshow, not a video. Think Google Street View applied to a property: you move through it, look around, get a sense of scale, light and layout. The goal was to reduce the single biggest friction in remote property buying — the uncertainty of not having been there.
Large residential projects can have over 3,000 units across multiple towers and configurations. An agent trying to find a north-facing, 3BHK unit on a high floor with a specific area range — in real time, in front of a client — has no good tool for that today.
Unit Selection was designed to solve exactly that. A filterable, visual inventory of every unit in the project . What would take an agent 20 minutes of phone calls takes 30 seconds here.
